EXCHANGES & RETURN POLICY

All goods purchased at Setesdal.shop can be return if notify us within 14 days after having received your purchase and ship it to Setesdal.shop within the following 14 days from having notified us. To return an order please contact support@setesdal.shop and await our return confirmation. When received, you can return your order by the following procedure: You need to receive a "return label" and a return form to fill inn. Make sure that the product is still in perfect condition with undamaged packaging and tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match with these criteria: Place the product in a padded shipping box or padded envelope. Enclose the original sales receipt to the product. Write RETURN and NO COMMERCIAL VALUE on the package to ensure a faster expedition.

FREIGHT ON RETURN OF GOODS

Setesdal.shop do NOT pay for freight on returned goods on international orders. Please contact us at support@setesdal.shopand we will assist you in find the most reasonable freight carrier.

REPAYMENTS

If you choose to return the goods purchased from Setesdal.shop we will refund your payments no later than 30 days after we receive the goods.

To return products from an online store order:

  • Print the return form and return label that you received in your receipt email

  • Fill out the return form and put it in the package

  • Be sure to pack the item (s) properly to prevent damage

  • Glue on the return label on the outside of the package

  • Deliver the package to a delivery place

  • NB! It is important that the item (s) to be returned is packed in such a way that the original packaging (such as the shoe box) is not broken

  • You will be charged NOK 69, - in return shipping per. return

  • Calculate 1-2 weeks of treatment before money is refunded on your card
